October 9 near Noor Sultan successfully completed the last stage of pipeline welding in the construction of the gas pipeline “Saryarka”.
In the ceremony of “Golden weld” took part the Chairman of the Board of JSC “Samruk-Kazyna” akim of Almaty Akhmetzhan Yesimov, akim of the city Altai Kulginov, etc.
Speaking at the ceremony Akhmetzhan Yessimov noted that the gasification of the Central and Northern regions of the country is one of the “Five social initiatives of the First President”.
— Start of the project was given in December last year. During this period — less than a year, the linear part of the construction was completed — 1061 km, It is one of the largest infrastructure projects in the history of our country. Left the technical work to be completed in November. In the future, the administration will conduct its work. Today we can say that the project is successfully implemented, — said the head of “Samruk-Kazyna”.
In turn, the akim of the city Altai Kulginov said that the next step consists of summing up the gas pipeline to CHP-1, CHP-2, AGRES-1, AGRES-2.
— This work has already begun. In parallel, we started summing up the tubes to the private sector — Koktal-1 Koktal-2, Agro. All this will be completed in 2020. Currently being the competition works for 7 and 9 launch complexes: South-East, MKR International, private sector. The main question is to prepare the CHP-1, CHP-2 to receive gas. Currently, the design documentation passes state examination. Until the end of October we get the project, will announce the contest and get to work, concluded Kulginov.
In General, the pipeline will allow transfer of gas 48 192 private and small municipal boiler houses, 22 thousand private homes and hot water boilers of TPP-1, 2, and in the future – construction of CHPP-3. As reported in the Governor’s office, these measures should improve the ecological condition of the capital, in winter during the heating season in the air Nur-Sultan thrown to 36 thousand tons of harmful substances. The consumption of coal fuel as a result of gasification must be reduced by 650 thousand tons/year in the country. Including the reduction of harmful emissions by 35 thousand tons per year in the Nur-Sultan.
According to the mayor’s office, the construction of gas distribution networks in the city Nur-Sultan divided into three phases.
The first phase of the project includes 9 starting complexes: 1,2 start-up facilities – gas CHP-1,2,3 (hot water boilers); 3,4,5,6 start-up facilities – gas distribution network to residential areas “Koktal-1,2”;7,8,9 starting systems – gas distribution network to residential areas “Railway”, “South-East”.
The SECOND phase of the project consists of 4 complexes: 1 launch complex — to supply gas to the gas distribution head item (GGRP) — “East” and GGRP-“South-East”; 2-launch complex — provides gas supply from GGRP “East” in residential areas International, Michurino, Kuigenzhar and boilers. 3-launch complex — provides gas supply from GGRP “South-East” in m/R “Telman”; 4-launch complex — provides gas supply from GGRP “Suburban” and GGRP “South” on the m/R Suburban, “Family Village”, “Garden village”, boiler International airport and other boilers.
The THIRD phase of the project consists of 4 complexes: 1 and 2 start-up complexes — provides gas supply from GGRP “Koktal” in m/d’inka and in the boiler; 3-launch complex — provides gas supply from hydraulic fracturing “Karaotkel” in m/R Shubar and boiler; 4-launch complex — provides gas supply to residential neighborhoods “Ondiris”, “brickyard”, the village of “CHP-2” and the boiler.
To date, the Governor’s office of Nur-Sultan received a positive conclusion of state expertise on design documentation of the 1st stage with 9 starting complexes.
We will remind, the project on construction of gas pipeline “Karaozek — Zhezkazgan — Karaganda — Temirtau — Nur-Sultan” is being implemented by JSC “KMG Astyages”, which is a subsidiary of JSC “Samruk-Kazyna” t affiliated Fund of the JSC “Kazyna Capital Management”.
The total cost of the project is 267,3 billion tenge, including 80,3 billion tenge provided by the shareholders on a parity basis, 187 billion tenge were attracted through the placement of bonds, with 102 billion raised from JSC “Development Bank of Kazakhstan” and the Eurasian Development Bank.
