At the Ministry of ecology, Geology and natural resources of Kazakhstan will operate the project office for combating corruption “Adulty Alay”. The document was signed on Monday by Minister Magzum Mirzagaliev and first Deputy Chairman of the Agency for anti-corruption Olzhas Bektenov.
The “project office “Adulty Alay” will allow to develop the effective mechanism in the formation of anti-corruption behavior and involvement to transition from the office to the open space format. This is a big step in the formation of new formation of civil servants, said Magzum Mirzagaliyev, the Minister of ecology, Geology and natural resources of Kazakhstan.
This format implies a substantial simplification of the access to information and communication with the public, an open exchange of ideas that will allow faster and better to work out solutions to paratrechina social projects.
The Expert Council of the project will include representatives of non-governmental organizations and the business community that will develop effective mechanisms to counter corruption jointly establish ways to protect the business from unlawful interference and their interests, eliminating unnecessary administrative barriers on the part of state bodies and organizations.

Main spheres of anti-corruption work in the Ministry in the framework of the project “green economy”, waste management, environmental regulation and control, Geology and mineral resources, protection and use of water, forest reserves, wildlife.
This project is being implemented in pursuance of the National action plan for the implementation of the Message to the people of Kazakhstan of 5 October 2018. Goal – the creation of a customer-oriented environment in government agencies and organizations, reducing corruption, identifying and addressing corruption risks.
