All foreigners will be checked for the absence of criminal actions in the country.
South Korea has significantly tightened the rules of foreign citizens leaving their country. In the first place measures aimed at countering illegal migrants, however, they will affect all foreign nationals, reports Tengrinews.kz
Persons traveling out of the country, will be required for 3 to 15 working days to notify immigration centre (or center of the aliens ‘ vegal center) about the departure.
“Foreigners will be tested for the absence of criminal actions in the country. The application form will be available on the website of the Main Directorate of immigration of the country. Also, you will need to provide a passport, ticket,” according to local media.
Newspaper the Korea Times said that enhanced monitoring is introduced after the incident with the citizen of Kazakhstan, who knocked the child on the road and left the country the next day.
